The Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (“us", "we", or "our") operates www.snmmi.org (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

Information about members collected through the Membership Application process will be stored in the general SNMMI membership database. SNMMI may use email or postal addresses for notifying members and customers about upcoming online events, new additions to the SNMMI Web site, or other products and services offered by SNMMI.
SNMMI does make our membership and annual meeting attendee lists available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. If you do not want to receive any mail (electronic or otherwise) from any organization to which SNMMI sells its membership mailing list, please let us know by emailing us at Memberservices@SNMMI.org.
If you provide your telephone on the Web site, SNMMI may contact you via telephone. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with your correct phone number to serve you more promptly. If you do not wish to receive further phone calls from SNMMI, please contact Memberservices@SNMMI.org.

AdRoll collects data about your activities that does not personally or directly identify you when you visit our website, the website of entities for which we serve advertisements (our “Advertisers”), or the websites and online services where we display advertisements (“Publishers”). This information may include the content you view, the date and time that you view this content, the products you purchase, or your location information associated with your IP address. We use the information we collect to serve you more relevant advertisements (referred to as “Retargeting”). We collect information about where you saw the ads we serve you and what ads you clicked on.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. SNMMI follows standard data regulations for data protection and ensures that external and internal data handling by its members and employees are carefully governed by tighten security permissions. Our members have access to their own information via a secure website login. Internal employees access to member information is governed by per-role permissions that allows proper access to employee per assigned duties. Access permissions are continuously revised and audited.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 8, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
